hello everyone
After i see all the picture on this post i decid to buy an R6 and the 85mm RF
but i don't get a so nice picture maybe because it's not the DS version ?
Robamy are you using the DS ? also how do you get a focus when your pet is running to you ?

I don't think he uses the DS version because I see cat's eye in the edges. I own the DS version and the bokeh is smoother without cat's eye or geometric shapes due to the aperture blades.

I love this lens. I can never decide a favourite between the EF 300 f/2.8L IS II, my EF 600 f/4L II, or the RF 85 f/1.2L.
I had the 85 out at a local garden last weekend and I was really pleased with the results.
Awesome set!
My last wedding is in October. Selling half of my gear and I am absolutely torn between RF85 f/1.2 or the 200mm f/2.0
Ultimately I think I will keep the 50mm for my "small" portrait lens and sell the 85. There is no replacing the 200 chubster.
Received the RF 85mm f/1.2L last week and took it out for a spin; it did not disappoint. Great AF even in substandard lighting conditions with fast moving subjects at f/1.2, super sharp, and pleasing bokeh. Sorry to add to the dog spam!
