That's pretty remarkable! What was the effective focal length for that shot? Is there any detail that could be brought out in the moon?

Sean, Thanks for the compliment. The effective focal length was 560mm. I doubt I could pull out any lunar details, as it's the sun we are looking at.

I used a variable ND filter dialed all the way up to darken the sun to the point where it would not blow out the highlights beyond the "solar orb".
