Gosh it's been a while. Lots of changes in life these past few years - more than I can even go into. Long story short, my kids and I relocated to NW Montana in 2019, bought a house in a tiny town in the mountains, and have been trying to get used to our new story. I honestly hadn't been shooting all that much during this time, but finally feel well enough (mentally) to get back into it and am really enjoying it! I still travel to Arizona and Vegas several times a year, but am really enjoying my new, much greener surroundings. Just wanted to share a few I did with my 2 little ones recently. All taken within minutes of our new home in Thompson Falls.
Good to see you back shooting, Lisa! I know you went through a lot of changes the last few years, and I hope things are going well for you. As usual, love these shots!!! Funny, I'm hardly ever on here anymore and the first thing I see is a series from you! Love it.
I have always liked your style, and compositions. These are all really wonderful images. I do have a question. Your profile mentions some lighting equipment, but I have never seen any examples. Have you considered using reflectors for fill light?
Good to see you back and adjusting to your new life in Montana. I spent some time in Kalispell as a kid - an awesome place to call home! Beautiful set of images of your kiddos!
That what doesn't kill us makes us stronger, huh, Lisa? Good to see you posting. This style is a bit subdued compared to what you've posted in the past. At the core, these are still identifiable as The Lisa Style. Change is good! I'll have to tell my nephew to look you up. He liked my photos of his baby, but he will go gaga over yours.
