Stunning images of an osprey, these re the first ones taken with a Sony A-1 I have looked at. Am guessing these were a couple hours before sunset and they are stunning. The detail in the talons is amazing, the smooth black of the beak and the feather just in front of the eye are extremely good. Above all you need to be at the right place and at the right time, and you were there, great work. It always amazes me how much the background color effects the brown of the osprey feathers. Beautiful set!! Almost forgot to mention how well you captured the water droplets at 1/4000th of a second, am going to bump up my usual 1/3200th sec next time and thank you in advance.
