Looking across a portion of Termini Immerse and a portion of the harbor at Mount San Calogero and other mountains behind the city. Termini Immerse is about 22 miles from Palermo.

Looking at Spirea flowers from our front garden.
Tripod mounted A1 camera and Voigtlander 110mm f2.5 Macro Apo-Lanthar lens, FE mount; silent shutter. 2 Macro Focusing rails were used to position the camera and lens on the tripod head and tripod. The lower focusing rail for the X-axis (left and right postioning) was the Leofoto MP-180S and the upper focusing rail for the Y-axis (front and back positioning) was the Swebo LS001.

Looking at/over a portion of Taormina from the ruins of the Teatro antico di Taormina (the Ancient Greek Theater in Taormina). A portion of the side of the volcano, Mt. Etna (which is 17.3 miles away as the crow flies from Taorimina) can be seen to the left at the rear of the image.
