Thanks, Yagimaxx. Yes, they were taken with the 200-600. The lens can definitely deliver great results in good light. Best value going.
I have a used 100-400GM coming in from a trade from Kerrisdale's here in Victoria. The versatility and light weight is an advantage for sure but comes up short of 200mm. The 200-600 gives me a bicep workout just for a short parking lot demo.Lol
Going to demo a Canon R5 this weekend as the 100-500L intrigues me. (I'm using the new A7IV)

I sold my A7r IV recently and now I am using my A1 as my go to camera, like for portraits. Well, the A1 is my only camera actually although I still have my now seldom used A7r II for its smooth reflection app and digital filters

The last few days and tomorrow isn't conducive to good shooting angles from what the area available to shoot from. This wind direction and the deck will not produce a front facing photo. Either case, I enjoyed and learned a lot from watching these raptors the last few weeks
This osprey swooped in for its prey, if you look closely, you'll see the fish just underneath the water surface in front of its talons.
