Also posted in the 200/600 thread, but this guy was quite difficult to photograph
as he seemed to love the reeds in the pond at a park - seemingly enamored by a female mallard
He'd come out to the sun for brief moments, swim around fast and then go back to his spot in the reeds
The caliber of photos consistently posted by many contributors in this thread is fantastic.
Image is only as sharp as the atmospheric conditions allowed at midday.

Forgot about the moonrise that night and didn't have a shot lined up and rushed to get what I could.

Very slow. I got there around 9:30. Quite a few people were leaving by 11. I did not see any eagles fishing. River was very high and moving fast. The fishing pier was submerged.
