There's a hidden feature in the A1 that allows you to capture images of subjects other than birds 🤣
Very true. But you don't need to spend US$6500 on a camera if landscape or portrait is your main thing. I use my A1s for everything, but birding and airshows are a huge part of the usage. The folks who buy the A1 for pro use (sports, weddings, portraits, etc.) are busy making money with their A1s, that left us birders with no life filling up this thread. Kidding of course!

Here is one non bird from the weekend.
lol, I was only kidding, each to their own, you'd be shocked to see what I do with my spare time.
We don't have humming birds here in Singapore, but we are graced with Sunbirds that have adapted to hover. The photo 5, 6 and last, are their usual method of getting nectar.

Thanks for the diverse set there.
A question if you wouldn't mind; did you post process the shot of the home?
There's (on my screen anyway) some mild weirdness around the edges of leaves and the roof.
Yes I did....a ton. It was the only copy of that file, and at some point it had been reduced and then resized large again. It doesn't show up on a printed copy though, and that's what was turned in. Ya got me!
