the cash back is available only if you buy from canon dealers, so be careful who you buy from. even if the camera isn't grey, you might be out of luck.

Well, I don't know yet... to be honest, it depends on how much I can get away with... I've been harping on to the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) about a 1D2N... 5D was just a fall-back-plan.. I'm not really fussed about the dust cleaner etc. That I can do myself.

no, it's true! look at my shots - they're all pretty standard portraits, but look at your shots - lots of interesting angles and things. Your Apple vs Pear can be used as a stock photo, and I didn't even bother taking a shot when she was doing that.

The problem with that shot was that she didn't have her eyes opened wide enough, I was standing a little too low (had to so I can get her eyes in the shot) and her iris wasn't aiming at the pear....

Stock photos.. nah... all this legalities, copyright etc etc... I have barely anything worth putting up. So far I've earnt a handsome $0.20 from the stock photo site thingy... it's so not worth it.

Might be a stupid question, but could I bring my tripod on a domestic flight (Quantas)?
Thanks
Tri

As long as it can fit within the hand-carry luggage size.
