hey michael, i was going to ask how was the 30D... photos look very good.. did u do much post processing? i'm going to get one soon... cccamerahouse price's not bad... so i might get it from there....
The Third one screams orange at me but I love the angle of the shots and am jealous. The day looks like it would have been fabulous. Perfect weather for it.
Definitely going to PICA - got my Pre-registered pass in the mail on Friday. Will be going Friday afternoon myself.....less than half the crowds of the weekend.
Great shots as usual Michael....saturation is perfect for my tastes, but then I like to see the colour oozing from the screen Good to hear the 30D works well, should be picking mine up around the end of the month.

Hey Michael nice shots man . Sorry i didn't catch up with you on Saturday . I made it out there but had a headache that would kill a whale and i bailed out early and couldn't go today .How was life on the other side of the fence ? Kept an eye out but didn't see ya . In between resting in my car i managed nothing show worthy .
Didn't look like there were as many teams competing this year .
thanks for the comments on the shots guys.... i will have a gallery up soon.... was good out there 30D is well worth the upgrade from the 10D .. just the slightly faster focus gives many more keepers.... i've set saturation to 1 in picture style but i might set it back to 0 as you can see in the 3rd shot the reds and oranges look all funky......

Hi Michael Well done action shots. I like the detail on these photos, but I think the saturation needs to be brought back a little.
I was at the F1 last week, I'm still going through all mine. Hope to have them all done for showing by the end of the week.
Good to hear the 30D works well, should be picking mine up around the end of the month.
