Thanks for the kind words Joshua.
She worked for and with me for a number of years as an assistant and a muse. While we aggravated each other on a regular basis, she always encouraged and inspired me to get better at my craft. I will forever smile at her memory.
All of these images were captured on a Canon 1n camera using Fuji Astia transparency film then scanned with a Nikon 2000 scanner...yes, it's been a while ago.

Thanks for sharing these images, and the story behind them. Sometimes I have to push myself to take pictures of my parents or other family when I don't feel like it, then realize that there will be a last time, and how I would feel bad at having missed the chance.
