It has been a roller coaster of emotions....I recognize that almost half do not support the results and are actively trying to deny them. Nature has not won yet but may be given a fighting chance. Unfortunately the Grand Canyon appears to be tiny compared to the chasm that divides us. If this continues, regardless of the election it truly will be mourning in America...and no one wins if that is the case.

I couldn’t agree more with that quote. We live in such a polarized society and one in which empathy has taken a back seat to “it’s my right”. How selfish is that! And the cost in lives lost and families destroyed incalculable.
