Lil, thank you. I understand your devotion to your natal land...but also your adopted homeland. We have a responsibility not only to our fellow citizens in the USA but to the planet as a whole.

Thanks Eric,
and it's as a citizen of the Planet Earth I feel I'm allowed to have an opinion, to donate to causes dedicated to the environment, children and women's causes. I'm happy you understand

What is that sound in the forest ?? .... Oh it is nature applauding for todays results !!!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful images and a beautiful DAY !
It has been a roller coaster of emotions....I recognize that almost half do not support the results and are actively trying to deny them. Nature has not won yet but may be given a fighting chance. Unfortunately the Grand Canyon appears to be tiny compared to the chasm that divides us. If this continues, regardless of the election it truly will be mourning in America...and no one wins if that is the case.

We have only one planet and despite the protestations and pseudoscience to the contrary we are most definitely one and have a responsibility to protect, conserve and save the planet for future generations.

I couldn’t agree more with that quote. We live in such a polarized society and one in which empathy has taken a back seat to “it’s my right”. How selfish is that! And the cost in lives lost and families destroyed incalculable.
