Dave, I have given an answer to Morris, but will tell you the same story, this is done at one of my multiple flash stations, image is taken with several flashes triggered remotely from a transmitter device mounted on the camera´s hotshoe.
Not sure why the bill on this guy turn out so reddish, I guess it was very early in the morning but as you probably know, some bird names makes no sense!
