X-mas week and that means it's time for your "Best Landscape Photo of the Year" thread.
I'll get things started.

Great idea, Tim.
Here is one that brings back fond memories of our March trip "down under". This at the 12 Apostles on the "Great Ocean Road".

Wow! I just looked here from the "Last 60 Posts" link. I have not been much into the landscape part of photography, but I may be now. These shots are so inspiring, especially since most are coming from "Prosumer" gear.

Tim, I think your shot would look a lot better if the mat was not white. Black or maybe one of the earth colors. JMO

Hello all,

I'm not sure about 'best', but certainly my favorite, and it looks great at 40" square (100 cm).

I'm not at my main computer right now, but thought I'd post this one.

It's maybe not my favorite of the year, but the image elicited a lot of response.

So...who knows better than the Landscape group!

Will dig through the others when I get home, and will post a couple that I thought were my own personal favorites.

Have a safe and happy holiday everyone. Your images are inspiring.

All these pictures give me something to shoot for in 2005. I wish I could go shooting some landscapes as opposed to so much sports lately...sigh. haha
