The seller 6ave has excellent reviews on ebay, but crappy reviews elsewhere.

Is anyone familiar with this seller? What can you tell me?.. Should I buy a camera body from them? They look shady.

If the price is too good to be true, then it is usually a scam.
Buy a used one if you are low on funds.

I bought from them twice on ebay, with zero issues. Did so because price was sort of "too good to be true", and ebay provides serious buyer protection. I wouldn't order from them any other way.

The BBB rating is based on only 4 complaints and Reseller Ratings has been accused of being a pay-to-play racketeering operation.

6ave has a 99.6% rating on eBay for 62k transactions: https://www.ebay.com/usr/6ave

I've bought from them many times and never had an issue.

Late reply to this thread but thought I would share another option. While searching for a Zeiss 50mm lens I came upon a Walmart site with a great price. It stated that it was sold by 6Ave. I figured if I ordered through the Walmart site, I would be safe. Ordered the lens and received it two days later, no issues. The lens normally retails for $1200...Kevin
