Two more that I think are worth posting from this week's day trip to GC. One taken at Lipan Point and one from the Desert View Watch Tower. C&C always welcomed!
Both are great images, though #1 for me is the strongest. In terms of C&C, if it doesn't offend your personal limitations of post processing I would try and deal with that small spot of blue sky in #1 which I think is slightly distracting to the overall mood. You could either try and content-aware fill it to match the adjacent darker clouds, or use the warp tool to stretch it out.

You know - I kept trying to make that blue patch look more in place and totally forgot about CA or Warp. (And yes I have no scruples about such changes on landscape as an art!). Thanks for the great suggestion!

Thanks Rajan and I would have to say I'm not sure which pic is my fav. While I love leading foregrounds - in the earlier pic I posted that foreground is not clean, i.e. it blends in too much with the background. So thanks for your honest critique.

Well its not over until its over. It was cold/windy and because I saw no possibility of the sun getting below the clouds it was very tempting to just pack up. But then there was a hole that allowed the God rays to show through. . .
