Are these pictures of Obsidian and her COY's at Yellowstone between Norris junction and Mammoth this year? We were just there this week, and due to the crowds observing them, the park service shut the area down completely to any stopping in areas she had been frequenting. We didn't get to see them at all.

Yep, it's Obsidian and her three COY. These were taken either May 8th or 9th I can't remember when at North & South Twin Lakes. In all I was lucky enough to shoot her and the cubs on 6 different days, but I also had a couple 15 hour days with no sightings at all. I heard after I got home they had closed the area, which I can understand. I'm sorry you didn't see the cubs.
