Not a construction site, this is one of the many formerly grand buildings in Havana that have been left behind due to years of neglect overrunning the structure and an economy that can't keep up with the decay. In many cases the buildings are propped up in hopes they don't fall down entirely, and nothing further; "discarded" by an overwhelmed bureacracy. And in many cases, people still live in parts of these buildings, essentially also "abandoned" to whatever will be the fate of the building.
