I took these at a recent mountain bike retreat weekend. Amanda (pictured) started the fire going but then she really got into a rhythm of spraying embers upward with the large branch she wielded. She was in a focused, trance like meditative state. Away from the fire, super friendly and solid bike rider.

Wow, really nice pop & blur, especially considering it's APS-C. Did you soften the background somehow in 15mm shots?
Thanks for the kind words. Yes I blurred the background for the 15mm shots. With my current software i.e. DXO PL Elite 7/FilmPack7, PS (with neural filters and generative AI) and Topaz AI, I think I bought my last FF camera already.

You did a great job blurring the background. The results definitely look pleasing and natural looking.

I did a fitness style photoshoot for the girlfriend of one of my best friends and partner. As you ca see, she spends a crazy amount of time in the gym. This is the first time I tried this type of photography.
I used my A1, a variety of lenses, and a Godox off camera flash setup. I shot a couple with my Leica M11 to see how the strobes work with that camera. Exactly the same as the Sony it turns out.
