Something about this one keeps me looking at it. A hike in the desert, a teenage daughter with no make-up, and an ugly shirt! But I love it. The 35GM can really do good things with people.

I was shooting at this location in Val d’Orcia, Tuscany one afternoon with @ManuelLaMantia a few years back. There was a pro photographer that was shooting for a bride magazine and yes, his model was wearing a bride gown. He graciously allowed us to take some images and I ended up shooting a lot, in addition to shooting landscape there. I processed a few and posted them in the big FE thread. I went back recently and there are tons of keepers that I slotted as to be processed but I never did. Here is one of them…

Nice warmth in the light, the dress is gorgeous and a nice side head turn for eye contact and an awesome depth feeling in the image. Sweet

Here is another one from that series. I took a few similar shots and I posted one of them in the big FE image thread. This I edited a little bit differently using my current workflow for portraits.
