As for the left arm looking odd. It doesn't look like there is any PS chicanery going on but rather an unfortunate position of the arm curvature of the elbow matching the curve in her waist. The flattening of the perspective makes it look like the elbow is in front of her waist but in fact it is behind her waist, note the highlight on the side of the bustier.
As of the image and concept, I like it. Well lit and nice pink tone overall.
I agree about the left arm, but I would not have really noticed it if not mentioned! My eyes were elsewhere!
