These are all excellent images! I particularly like #4 and would like to see it much larger. Looks like it would make a superb large print.

Thank you very much, Dave! Yes, #4 is a change of pace... somewhat.

Joshua, here we say "che spettacolo!" ... very difficult to chose a favorite, now I would say #4 and #9 but the series is really impressive so I could change my picks in moments
Very nice captures! Looks like you had a great time...love the shots. We were there the 19th-20th of Jan...I will be going back....such a fun place to shoot.

Thanks,
Rich,
The exact same thread but cross-posted on the Nature and Wildlife (https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/board/41) and the Sony fora. My first time doing this and it will be my last.
Thank you,

To stay with images of snow geese on this page - the sandhill cranes flew off in small group and there was a sizable flock of snow geese at the pool and still 10 or so photographers left by mid morning. Although you anticipate that the snow geese would take off but we all didn't expect that they would fly directly to us. And the noise they made was deafening. Fortunately, they pulled up and flew above us. We were just worried about guano raining down..... .
What did you do when you saw a huge flock of snow geese fly directly at you? You grabbed your camera, of course, and started shooting....
