Like many others I know only too well the loss you are feeling - it may sound heartless but after several such sad losses the very best tribute I have found for a much loved 'best friend' is to find another quite soon - it is by far the best way to honour the love and devotion you have shared.

Yes, there have been talks about that, especially from the kids. Tough looking at all those unplayed toys & empty bed around the house. Thank you very much for your kind words.
I grieve at your loss of your "child". I know the feeling all to well. IT has never left me and probably never will. A part of my soul is gone. Hopefully I will meet my lost children in the hereafter to be reunited forever.

They will never leave your heart and they certainly take a piece with them <3
