At Lock Ridge Park (the site of an old Iron Furnace works), Alburtis, PA.

Looking at our blooming White Dogwood white Bracts and flowers in the center of each of the 4 Bracts.
Tripod mounted A1 and Voigtlander 110mm f2.5 Macro Apo-Lanthar, FE mount; silent shutter. Leofoto MP-180S Focusing Rail used to position the camera on the tripod with 11" Variable Friction Arm attached to the rail to mount, postion, and aim the Ulanzi VL-49 RGB LED light to supplement the lighting (set to 5500 degrees K at 100 %).
ISO 400, f8, 1/100 Second (in some wind).

Cropped from left and right Tripod mounted A1 and Voigtlander 110mm f2.5 Macro Apo-Lanthar lens in Sony FE mount; silent shutter. 2 Macro Focusing rails were used to position the camera and lens on the tripod head and tripod. The lower focusing rail for the X-axis (left and right postioning) was the Leofoto MP-180S and the upper focusing rail for the Y- axis (front and back positioning) was the Swebo LS001. The Swebo LS001 was delivered on Thursday, June 2 after a wait of 39 days due to the shutdown in Shanghai, China.

Has anyone put the 110 APO up against the 70-200 GM II at 110mm? I'm wondering if (outside of macro) there's much to be gained from the Voigtlander there. I do love the rendering of all the shots in this thread though; it seems to have something special I don't see in the zoom necessarily even if the sharpness might be matched.
