Garden shoot...
Just fantastic hummer shots. I miss going out to shoot them. Just have the feeder in the yard, but not as much fun as shooting them in Nature.

I just got this lens yesterday from a member here. I had yet to try it out in earnest but came back from lunch and this Fawn was standing behind out showroom / shop in downtown suburbia. This is a 100% crop, handheld. I got a few impressive shots considering I was shooting out my car window and not at all used to this lens. This is the first one exported from Capture1. Un-sharpened. I can't believe I own a lens that could do this without even knowing how the A7RIII and this lens work together. Crazy man, crazy.

So many awesome images.
Well after much thought between if i wanted the 12-24 2.8 gm or 100-400 gm I am about to join the 100-400 gm group 😁😁😁 Going to call up my fav local camera store to see if they got one in stock for me to test and buy. I think having shot a lot with the 135 gm lately my interest in longee focal lengths have really taken off. I find the focal length incredibly useful for the different types of images ir can produce close up and further away. I think the whole ultra wide game is also very sky dependant and having a 100-400 really opens up so many opportunities without having to rely on the sky. I am so damn excited i think im going to have a hard time sleeping 😂
Hmm I may be able to get EDU discount on the 100-400

Awesome shots. I was able to get EDU discount actually so saved like $500, gonna order tomorrow. Not bad as you rarely get any sony stuff on discount. Hopefully it will arrive next week so I can have fun with it! So excited after seeing such awesome shots. I definitely wouldn't mind shooting some birds once in a while. We always have some pretty vocal ones in our area. I think the 16-35 GM and 100-400 GM make an incredible landscape combo and I can't wait to use them in lake tahoe next month.

First time using the 100-400 GM. These small birds were roaming around in pairs like penguins and made some funny noises. I wasn't really there for shooting birds but it was cool to try to capture these
Was a beautiful day out. I definitely need more practice.
