At a maximum of f/5.6... I've become a bit less bashful about cranking up that ISO to make the most of some sweet light.

Thank you....we got very fortunate with the light just after sunrise for about 10 minutes...then the sun disappeared behind the low clouds and it was pea soup for the next few hours.

^^^ There's something seriously wrong with this lens - just look at how it makes the horizon slanted by about ten degrees!

I wish Canon offered such a nice little lens.
