Taken with the Nikon D850, the 500mm PF, and the latest 1.4x TC. I was looking for falcons today, but found this instead - a Navy EP-3E Reconnaissance Plane.

Mine is in repair with Nikon (NPS) for a tripod collar that will not lock. I received one of the first ones in my state (September 2018) and have been reluctant to send it in for fear that parts would be far and few between. Because I have three other telephoto lenses, and the issue worsens as the weather gets cooler, I decided that it was time to get the repair done...
Used my 500 PF for pro football. Usually I would use either my 200-400 or my 400 2.8 when it gets darker. My back was killing me so it was an absolute pleasure to use the 500 on a d4s. I didn't do much to these , only to show that this lens and FL is great.
