it does not have to be the best pictures or the most famous photographer, but the website with the best portfolio system, navigation, brand identity...

tonyhart in your list some photographers have great pictures but not so great website in my opinion. For example Just Schmidt... what do you find interesting in the website by itself
Yeah. At least on mobile the site is not great to say the least. Not one id hold out as a shining example.

Flickr: It allows you to upload your photos and explore others’.
Freeimages: It is a stock photography website where you can upload your work.
Smashing Magazine A blog for web designers and developers. However, it is also quite interesting for photographers for inspiration.
SlideShare : A tool that allows you to share slides, videos, documents online.
WordPress: Probably the best-known blogging system in the world which allows you to start your blog with no hustle.
Tumblr: Tumblr is a microblogging platform which we would describe as being between a full-blown blogging system such as WordPress and a social network such as Twitter.
Hope you increase your reach up to maximum people with the help of these tools. Also i like this guy https://proposal007.com/ (he is proposal photographer) mostly cause i have neer seen style of photos like those.
