No issues with Kurt from my experience either (albeit small sample size, 1 body + 2 lenses). Only quibble is UPS delivery, which their local branch in my neck of the woods isn't the best (prefer Fedex).

No issue with Cardinal Camera when I got a good deal on a Sony A7CR recently. The camera arrived today one week after the credit card was charged on 6/13/25. Bought a Sony A7R3 through the same store six years ago, also without any issue.

I’ve purchased multiple Sony camera bodies and E-mount lenses from Cardinal Camera over the years. They typically ship within a few days of charging (which is done immediately), and most items arrived in new condition without problems. So far, so good.
However, I've had a few frustrating experiences:
A few years ago, I ordered the Sony 100-400mm GM lens. After a week with no shipping update, I reached out and dealt with some rather unfriendly customer service. I was told I could cancel the order, which I did. But I didn’t receive a refund the following week. Instead, they shipped the lens anyway, contrary to what was agreed over the phone.
On another occasion, I received a 50mm GM lens that had clear signs of previous use. It performed well, so I didn’t raise a complaint, but it was definitely a returned item.
Most recently, I tried contacting them to exchange a lens within their 7-day window. I sent texts and emails but received no response. Based on discussions in other forums, it seems returns and exchanges can be a nightmare. Many customers reportedly only get their money back after filing claims through their credit card company.
I’ll probably stick to buying full price from B&H or to buy discounted gear from FM forum members with solid feedback.

Just adding that I've never had issues with Greentoe nor Cardinal Camera. Obviously doesn't negate personal experience of others but wanted to chime in on the positive side.

When I've gotten stuff from Cardinal, a paper receipt came in the box. Somewhat curiously, they are for the full price of the item, not the price I paid via Greentoe.

I didn't receive a receipt when the package shipped from Cardinal... Called Kurt and he sent the receipt via email within minutes... You will need a receipt to register the camera/lens for the warranty...
