Another amazing set Eric. There are some color issues with 6 and 9. The first is a fabulous image, for me the best of all you have shone. The huge adult interacting with the inicent cub is hartwarming. The diagonal of mom's back points right to the cub and in the background a subtle diagonal is created by the foliage that is also a lovely natural frame. It's also snowing which adds to the atmosphere and on my third visit to the image I have discovered the second cub between mom's legs. Do you have a place to hang this one?

Thanks Morris for your nice comments as well as pointing out the color issues...I guess both the photos and I have some issues

Thanks Mike....we were quite lucky and realize how one sighting can make an entire trip.

Excellent work Eric. Some super enjoyable posing in these. Lots of fur texture too. Nice.
Thanks Ken....trying to get the texture to show up was a bit of a challenge

Another absolutely marvelous set Eric. All such a pleasure to view.
You may want to check your colors on the last as mom has a greenish tint.

Thanks Birdie...I hope the fix of the last helped a bit...as you know, my color perception leaves a lot to be desired.

Hi Eric...
Another fantastic set. I was wondering as I looked at all the posts you and Don have made if either of you has any behind-the-scenes photographs of where you were located, shooting environment, you and Don, etc. Just a curiosity question on my part.
Thanks
Tom
Thanks Tom...I think we have a few, but not many shots of the actual bear encounter showing the environment....I have quite a few of where we waited and waited and waited for days on end without seeing bears....will try to get those up at some point.

Wonderful, wonderful pictures- what a trip.
Thanks...glad you liked the pix...it was indeed an interesting trip. We were lucky to have Northern Lights twice, the arctic fox and one bear family sighting. What you don't see is the day after day of sitting and seeing nothing....but the one day did indeed make me discount all the others and if I could be guaranteed that again I would take it in a heart beat.
