Official price of the old CV 125/2.5 seems to have been 95000 JPY in Japan (tax excluded) but the usual street prices are always 10-20% lower. (Of course now it is often > 200 000 JPY 2nd hand.)
I have no good idea on how much the new 110/2.5 will cost, but my guess is that the official price in Japan could be around 135 000 JPY (same as 12/5.6 for e-mount) and actual street price somewhere around 120000 JPY at first. Official price for 65/2 is 120000 JPY.
As for 21/3.5 I guess official price could be around 95 000 JPY and street price somewhere around 80 000 JPY at first.

Lol "much better" for guys selling these at $1200 each. Reminds me of one sales-guy: the "Zeiss 35/14 ZE is much better than the CY35/1.4 MM-J". When I asked him why, he said "because it's a new lens". Funny guys.

the "Zeiss 35/14 ZE is much better than the CY35/1.4 MM-J".
You might even imagine his livelihood depends on buyers being convinced it is so. As the genius of Marshall McLuhan reminds us, humans are suckers for a hard sell, and sells don't come any harder than 'new is better than old'. No doubt they used that line to introduce the Ford Edsel, Chevrolet Corvair, McDonnell Douglas DC-10.
It's doubtful CV will do a GM-tier gouge, because there are so many excellent alternatives on this mount, and Sony's own pretty good FE 90/2.8 is currently $1100. And CV are working with the supposition of a greatly expanded 2018-> mirrorless market, promising much greater medium term volumes over which to amortize development costs.

Looking forward to the 21mm, looks like it might be quite the wait before it hits the market though. Hope it has most the performance of the loxia 21mm but at a more palatable price.
Want something smaller and lighter than my Samyangs and the electronic contacts are a bonus.

I'm still quessing 110/2.5 might come out in the summer (like the 65/2 that came out in August last year). Not much early information available from Cosina but it is normal... I keep monitoring their website but they usually only announce something about 2-4 weeks before it gets released.
June is a bonus month in Japan so it would be a good time to release something new And summer holidays are mostly in August.

Well the CV65 was announced at Photokina (September 16) and released August '17 so 11 months between announcement an release. My bets are on late 2018.

When I spoke to guys at RobertWhite a month ago they said release is expected end of year or early next year.
So I'd say your guess is accurate.

Yeah the lens development was announced much earlier and of course 110/2.5 development was already announced before CP+. I was referring to official announcement when Cosina adds the lens with specs and price to their web site and announces an expected release date. Usually that only happens 2-4 weeks before release.
For 65/2 that real specs/price/availability announcement happened on 7/19 on Cosina's web site and the lens went on sale from 8/10 (in Japan).
Both 65/2 and 110/2.5 were available at CP+ (2017 and 2018 respectively) for demo at apparently similar state of readiness so I guess they wouldn't need much longer lead time from CP+ to bring 110/2.5 to market... Therefore still guessing it could be a summer release.

Let's hope the long delay between announcement and real availability means they are busy working on some other fantastic lenses (like a 180/4 FE . . .)

According to Nokishita and reported by sonyalpharumors, pre-orders for 110/2.5 will start on June 19th (that would be in Japan), which means it should start shipping in July at the latest as pre-ordering typically starts 2-4 weeks before sales start.
Nokishita seems to be always correct on their rumors so hopefully it happens
65/2 was officially announced (made available for pre-orders) on 7/19 last year and it went on sale on 8/10 so I guess 110/2.5 could go on sale on 7/5 or 7/12 if this rumor is correct (CV lens sales start dates seem to always land on Thursdays in Japan while new lens announcement happen on Tuesdays).

Is the price known yet?
Not to my knowledge as the new pre-order start date rumor didn't say anything about price. If it becomes available for pre-orders on 6/19 the (Japan) price would become known at that time.

849 GBP converts to about 125 000 yen and to 1130 USD. My earlier guess in this thread was that Japan MRSP would be 135 000 JPY and street price would be around 120 000 JPY, so it seems to be in the same ballpark. Fairly reasonable I think.
