Translated conclusion from the review by Albedo Media:
"Compared to 65 mm f / 2, the new 110 mm f / 2.5 seems more useful to us when we can not approach the subject so much in macro mode, and also has a more "tele" focal distance appropriate for portraits, already 65 mm is somewhat short in this sense, and on the other hand as "standard" offers an angle and a little narrow in relation to a 50 mm or even a 40 mm.
In terms of availability, its leaders confirm that it will be "throughout the year", probably towards the end of this 2018 . Therefore, as far as the price is concerned - without fixing for the moment - it seems premature to speculate a lot, although to get an idea, the Macro Apo-Lanthar 65 mm f / 2 costs around € 1,000."

Lots of talk about the 110mm. Any more info on the 21mm?
It was not available for demo at CP+ so nobody could try it out yet, we could just see the mock-up inside a glass display and read the paper that explains the basic concept and specs. I asked Cosina guys there if it was going to take longer to get it out since no demo yet and they said they are working hard on it & doing their best. Since no dates or price announced yet, they couldn't say much more.

If the 110 turns out to be anywhere near as good optically as the 65, which wouldn’t surprise me, then it can potentially even replace the Batis 135 for portraits and such. It will have to be darn near perfect for that to happen though. So please... don’t be perfect - I really don’t want to have to buy another lens that I don’t need, nor part with the Batis.

I don't think the new CV 110/2.5 will replace my Batis 135 just because I mainly use the Batis in AF mode for sports, action, portraits, etc.

Sweet little lens! Not many magnificent macro lens or upgrades coming from other companies, who seems to focus more on wide-angles, zooms, ultra-large aperture lenses.
Wait...Only E-mount
But wait again, Nikon/Canon having release their full frame mirrorless yet. By the time they done it, the APO-Lanthar history will repeat itself in a positive way, only this time in mirrorless.
Can't wait to try it out myself, but subjectively I'm not a Sony A-series fan so I can only hope for now~

The new Voigtlander 110/2.5 APO Lanthar 1:1 Macro is amazing
not only it is compact and only slightly larger than the 65/2 APO Lanthar,
optical performance is predicted to be much better than the legendary
Voigtlander 125/2.5 APO Lanthar!
The compact 21/3.5 FE is predicted to compare well with the Loxia 21mm,
in a smaller package at a much more attractive price.

Thanks Stephen. I really like where that aperture ring is (compared to the Loxia)

I'd say everyone, at least when it comes to the 110. I mean, why wouldn't it be better than the 125/2.5 that was released 17 years ago?
The 21/3.5 is more difficult to guess the performance of. The 15/4.5 has been one of very few lenses that I think was better than – or equal to – Zeiss. So, if the 21 could do that as well...

It will almost certainly be better in a tech performance sense - i.e. MTF. It's hard to envision it being worse. It's becoming almost trivial with the new issue glass formulae these days, and design software never stands still, big money is at stake. I was reading the other day that half the glass used in Canon's new 85mm did not exist in 2006, for their previous lens.
Optical performance is no longer the tough row to hoe it once was; we are now at second order issues for the better lenses - character essentially, not that so many macros move that needle to any great extent.
