Just got my D850. The box looks a little rough but the camera looks unused. Literally! It was still wrapped in plastic and the screen still had the plastic on it and the snap bridge promo still attached. I bet it was never even used. The 9 rating may have been only for the box condition. Once the battery is charged I'll check the shutter count. For now, Thank You B&H! I saved $461.00!

Well.... My 9 rated D850 is brand new. My first photo is photo 1! So not a shot taken with the camera when I got it. 0 clicks. Unbelievable.
All I can think is that it was the condition of the box which got cut with a box cutter and that lowered the value?
Who knows or cares!
My condition 10 looked like new aside a small very light scratch below the lens mount (sent them a pic and they adjusted the price a tad to reflect that). It also didn't have an el-en15a battery (it had one of the older el-en15 batteries). Thankfully they rectified it by shipping out a new nikon el-en15a battery and told me to keep the other one. All in all very happy aside from the fact that I need to get a bunch of XQD cards and get rid of my CF cards haha.
There are currently 2 used D850's on B&H. One for $2834 condition 9 and one for $2966 condition 10 for those interested in them. My condition 9 came with 0 clicks. Just sayin'.

Already gone ( not by me ) but thanks for the heads up.
I’ve been really happy with B&H’s customer service on my used D850. The condition 9 one that I received had 1000 clicks on it, and was like new.
Make sure to check the box for everything when you receive it. My first one had the older EN-EL15 battery in it so they had to send me a replacement, and my second one didn’t have the bottom rubber cover that goes over the battery grip contacts and they had to send me out a new one for that too
