Last week I visited Algonquin Provincial Park for 2 days in the bitter cold. I spent time on various trails and at the Visitor Centre photographing these birds.
Just outstanding in every way. Love the grosbeak and crossbill. I see you are shooting Canon and Nikon? Favoring one system over the other and care to comment on capture, resolution, lenses, etc?

Thanks Adam. I'm a Canon shooter who is tinkering with Nikon. I'm not planning to move away from Canon.

These are really nice! Were you shooting at from the deck at the Visitor Centre or down below?
Thank you. I shot from the deck and below while at the VC.

SPECTACULAR! Particularly love the Blue Jay in flight shot.
Thank you. To get the Blue Jay IF I resorted to manually focusing just behind a pile of seeds on the ground and hoped for the best as the birds flew in.
