Here in Western Washington, we are probably famous for rainy weather. If I waited for good sunny days, I would miss a lot. Plus, good images can be made with less than desirable light and they are different. Thanks for looking.

6 I added canvas at the top to fix a tiny bit of tip of the top feather.

8 What all the flying is about. Salmon and resulting disputes.

Agree with you totally about shooting in less than perfect conditions, excellent set Rex. Love that second shot with the last one right behind it. Very well done.

Superb set Rex. I particularly like the ones showing the rain: 3, 4 and 7. 2 is also an attention grabber.

A very nice set. What ever an eagle may do over there, they will do over here so.....if it rains more than...you shoot to get your shot.

Nice series. Shooting in inclement weather is underrated.

Great shots!! Missing my PNW birding while down in the desert SW for the winter. A friend is going out on the Nooksack tomorrow to shoot the eagles.

Great images, Rex! They certainly prove your point about marginal weather. I especially like your second image, but all of these are very nice (great poses, and backgrounds). Nice post processing work on image 6.
