Some more information for those waiting on the "next shipment"
The store that fulfilled my order via Greentoe is reporting that they are expecting a shipment within 1-2 weeks. Greentoe customer service believes 2-3 weeks for most retailers' second shipment of cameras, but some expect longer delays depending on their pre-order/back order list currently.
Good luck to everyone still, excited to see the first photos and tips from those who are receiving their cameras!

My order is still showing as shipped even though UPS tracking shows they have yet to pick it up. Tried calling B&H and completely forgot that they close early for sabbath. Totally bummed. B&H has always been good to me but this is very discouraging.
That being said I’m glad some of you are getting yours and sorry to those who will have to wait longer.

Does anyone who has the camera plan on using it for tethered capture soon?
I know a lot of LR users are awaiting the CR update, but I was wondering if anyone has tried with the new USB-C connection to see how tethering speeds are? Or have tried Pixel-Shifting while Tethering ?
Also curious if anyone is grabbing a tethertools cable/extension cable and would comment on those transfer speeds to laptop.

I am in the same situation as you with B&H. I received a tracking number yesterday morning but the camera has still not made it to UPS!

Just received mine! Love it so far. Great job B&H and UPS getting it here in one piece. Took a few photos. Will take many more pics this weekend and thoroughly test it. Can say one thing with certainty. The focus and tracking is so much better than my RII when shooting moving subjects like my dogs playing. Glad the wait is over. Been a long one.

Hello from Costa Rica.
Just thought I would let you all know that UPS left my camera inside our condo mailroom, with my signature. Not sure how he got my signature (actually, the regular guy died that for us, don't tell anybody), but it is safe there and I am looking forward to using it when I get back.
Wish I had it here, but at least I'll have it for the great Florida birds.

UPS could not deliver mine today although I paid overnight shipping. I cannot get my camera until Monday. I request to hold at UPS so I will come to pick up. Sony has a bad idea when they released the camera the day before weekend.

B/H lists it as shipped 2 days ago.....UPS still has no movement listed.

So I guess Monday is the new delivery date. I also live only 2 miles from one of the larger UPS delivery distribution centers in the northeast.

I have always felt that UPS is best for ground shipping and FedEx is best for air shipping.
UPS just does not seem to get the urgency of over night shipping.
