I’m so drawn to this lens I barely take it off. It’s so bad I had a brand new Loxia 85 in my bag all weekend and barely used it. Crazy and I love the new Loxia.

True. I was about to say sadly true, but I feel like everyone always talks about the good old days in NYC, when in fact, there's a lot of incredible new stuff happening now, despite us losing a lot of great stuff to the past.
I live two blocks from Pratt! Such a beautiful campus, and wonderful energy. This shot was taken in Williamsburg, hillariously enough, ground-zero for gentrification. But like everything in NYC, if you walk a block or two in the right direction, everything can suddenly change character!

I was at Pratt in the early 90's - it's TOOOTALLY a different world now. Nice shot!
Light sculpture installation by Anthony McCall at Pioneer Works, Redhook, Brooklyn
Another shot I could have never done without the Nokton and the Sony, as this place was practically pitch black, and the constrast levels were off the chart, and I hate shooting events without being totally silent.
Can we stop talking about it until there is more stock in the US? Like, I want to see more pics, but then I don't as I have no idea what number down the line I am on the waiting list...
Just kidding...keep going. Some of these images are simply unreal. The lens seems to have a color pop that draws me in. I cannot wait to purchase one
The images are spectacular guys 👏 I would love to buy this lens right away but I have just informed my wife about my CV65 purchase and was lucky to escape the dog's house yesterday 😂 Keep the images coming 😉

Now a lesson here for those young wedding couples under let’s say 5 years. I’m going on 29 but the trick is you don’t ask, you buy and beg for forgiveness later. Just passing on the rules of engagement here. Buy a baseball helmet and take the hit after the fact.
Man I’m going to get in so much trouble if my wife reads this. But trust me on this one too, they will get you back even worse. The swing goes back and forth.

Back to cutting the lawn before I get in even more trouble. Lol
