ILCE A6600 + Voigtländer Nokton 40/1.2 40mm, f4.0, 1/800, ISO250
I have been driving past this place often. The farmhouse burnt down about 3 years ago and this is all that's left
I really like this a lot…. Thank you for sharing….
I am spending the weekend in Death Valley. I stopped by the Artists Pallet area which has layers of rocks that have been wonderfully colored by trace metallic elements such as Titanium, Manganese, Iron, and Aluminum.
A special place so of course I had to grab an image with my CV 40mm f/1.2.
Always great lenses ... just hard to justify for the casual shooter. Tried a few primes and just cannot get enough use even when travelling. Love the quality of these lenses ...

Fun to see this thread still ticking.
I just might add a tick or two shortly. Just came back from a beautiful sunset where that I shot with the CV 40 f/1.2. I hope I will have time to edit after dinner...
Just after Sunset at Point La Jolla from last evenings walk along the bluffs. I came across this group of succulent plants with flowers matching the sunset colors.
Beautiful Shots all throughout this thread! I just picked a used one up about a week ago and am really enjoying it, while also trying to learn it.
The 1st is at 1.2, the 2nd and 3rd at 1.8.
