The issue is they are 50mm in diameter these front filter correction lenses. The M version is a 52 thread. It may have a hard vignette

White balance is probably all over the place, but...

Edit: I have done nothing to smoothen the bokeh in PP! I know it looks like that in the first shot, but that's how the lens renders.

This lens produces beautiful colours. I just ordered one, and the nerves are a little jangly about whether it was the right thing to do. On the other hand I'm excited to be able to shoot at F1.2 on FF at a wide-normal type FL. If it helps me take beautiful pictures of my wife, all will be good

Bummer that the coma doesn't clear up a little earlier. Would have made for a great light/fast astro option for stitching mosaics for nightscapes.

Looks like a great lens otherwise though.

Very nice pictures! Especially on the last page, nearly push me over to get one myself.. anyone owns this lens and ZA 50 1.4 can comment in sharpness and rendering differences between the two?

I shot at my grandsons BD party yesterday and I absolutely love the rendering on this lens. I�ll post a couple later. Nothing special but the look is really nice.

Have to say I really like it at F2 for some reason

Thanks Fred! I was surprised how sharp at f2 this lens was, even 1.4 in the center is very good. Hard to tell here on mine after shrinking the file size down to 1.4mp

Any tricks to the trade when uploading images here?
