Thanks for all the suggestions! The second one could definitely have lighter stones. I tried your suggestion and updated the image Guy!
Does anyone know how to calculate the effective FL of landscape orientation stitched image from (3) portrait shots at 40mm? It feels like 28mm but I am not 100% sure.
Thanks for the link!
I thought it was close to 28mm and it looks like it's 30mm effective FL for the stitched image. It's a great way to go wide when only carrying the 40/1.2.
I’ve been toying with the idea, of a 1or 2 lens carry, 40 and 110 or some such, and filling in the gaps with panos. Your shots of Stonehenge shows you can indeed get nice results this way.
The second, because the single, large cloud gives a more minimal composition and draws my eye into the frame, then down. It's also very "3D" and looks like it could be midday or a long exposure in the middle of the night. Considering the subject, it adds another layer of mystique.

40/1.2 @f/4 (3 handheld images in portrait orient. stitched as a pano)....Don't know the effective FL. Anyone?
Two versions: Which one you prefer? First is front lit and second is back/side lit.
Just an information for all C1 users. There is a lens profile now with version 11.2 for the 40/1.2. They also added one for the 12/5.6 (which I missed badly) and of course other lenses.
One more from a School Garden. It's at MFD with an adapted Elpro 3.
