As always nice series! Question, if you did use fill flash why the high shutter speed? I haven't done any of that type of work so it's not a criticism just for my info.

I am no flash expert by any stretch of the imagination. My limited understanding of High Speed Sync Flash (HSS) is that it basically turns your flash into a strobe . The HSS becomes the continuous source of light for the duration of the shutter speed. Since it is a continuous source of light it does not stop motion.
If I am incorrect on my understanding, please someone educate me.
