Up for SALE is a used Paul C. Buff Alienbees ABR800 Ringflash Unit/Kit. It contains everything that originally came with the order for the ABR800, as seen in the pictures. This includes all of the original ABR800 Ringflash accessories, as well as several EXTRAS, which are detailed below. The ringflash was only used about 4 times, and I realized that I might as well sell it since I did not have use for a ringflash as originally thought. However, it works perfectly and creates wonderfully unique photos and catchlights, which only ringflashes are capable of.
This ABR800 includes all of the following, which you can find listed on the Paul C. Buff website for new retail units:
the 10ABR/R 10-inch ring reflector
the front cover / diffuser / gel holder
a set of 8 10W user-replaceable modeling lamps
two ABRFT10MM user-replaceable half-circle flashtubes
the DAUPC15 15-foot down-angle power cord
the SCABR 12-inch sync cord (1/8" to PC)
the universal camera mounting bracket (with an adjustable camera platform, tripod and light stand mounting hardware)

The EXTRAS which are included are as follows:
One 56-inch Moon Unit Kit, part #MU56
This is the large softbox accessory kit which works with the ringflash unit to convert the flash into a shoot-through softbox with a number of different diffusion panel shapes available as accessories. It expands the capabilities of the ABR800 beyond a mere ringflash, so that it can create shadowless portraits with a large diffused softbox effect. The 56" Moon Unit Kit is no longer in production at Paul C. Buff, however they are still selling the remaining units that they have and you may search for this product by name on their website to see all of the details including pictures and available compatible accessories.
The details of the 56" Moon Unit kit are as follows:

Note: The front diffusion fabric is NOT included with the MU56 as there are various fabric options available. Please be sure to choose one of our front diffusion fabrics (each sold separately) for different qualities and effects.
One MOON UNIT Carrying Bag, part# MUBAG -This is the larger of the two available cases that are made for the Alienbees ABR800 Ringflash. This carrying bag was designed to have the capacity to carry the entire Ringflash unit as well as one Moon Unit Kit. As seen in the pictures above, it is black with pink trim and is available for sale on their website, as well. The details are as follows:

Please NOTE, regarding the Moon Unit Kits: The 56" Moon Unit still requires the purchasing of front diffusion panels, as I just mentioned above in the item description. This is a bonus freebie which I'm including in the auction, however, the Moon Unit cannot be used until you purchase a diffusion front fabric (or make your own, which would not be very difficult) Paul C. Buff's website still sells these diffusion panels in various shapes and effects, such as circular, square, "window-pane" style, and others.
