I really like this picture...except for one thing. The first thing that caught my eye was that you chopped off the top of the cactus. I would have liked the picture much more if it were just slightly more wide angle, or the camera tilted slightly upward.

Even so, I really like your comp on this one.

Very nice imaging, Robert. I love those places. I only wish there were more illumination on the foreground that the main subject.

Maybe just me, but it looks better now. Beautiful shot and a wall hanger.

Was this in the West natl park in Tucson or down in Organ Pipe? Just curious.

John, it was the last seconds of sunlight, and Luminar helped too, but the drama was already in the monsoon sky with rain arriving soon.
