Seeing your first two images reminded my of the moire effect created by palm fronds in the background. It plagued me with a f/5.6 aperture setting but it is far less noticeable with your shots that I presume were taken at f/4.

Juan, for me the owl shotis the best of the bunch!! It’s a beautiful shot.
If you are close, do you ever use an extension tube?
With 11mm you can probably get focus to 30 feet and help fill the frame.

That's why I don't like to use the 100-400 there! 600 is better 95% of the time!
