Well it finally happened, I hit 35k posts! It is hard to believe actually It sure has been a pleasure to be part of this forum and see so many great images. I thank those that courteously have let me critique their work and I thank those that have helped me in so many ways from when I started posting!
Lots of new talent here now, that is awesome I have not a lot of time to participate but the passion for the hobby and for the outdoors is still in my heart. I do so look forward to retirement in hopefully a few years so that I can dedicate time to specific species and images I want to accomplish.
These are just a few grab shots from a few days back where the morning started off overcast as is typical in Ohio and then later in the afternoon gave way to some sun so I had an hour or so to take advantage and walk the local. Thanks for your visit and any comments are always welcomed
What a great way to celebrate your 35K post Karl. You have always been such a valuable member of the forum and I, on a personal level, know that I have grown tremendously due to your public and private advice. I can't thank you enough for that. But, you do get dinged for not putting in a cute alert for that little chippy...but we'll let that pass...this once
Eric
Congrats on the posting milestone, Karlito, and some terrific images to celebrate it with! Like Eric, I was on the receiving end of your advice and encouragement early on, and I can say that I'm better for it. So thanks a lot and looking forward to your images from Magee this spring!
Congrats on 35K Karl. And a very nice way to celebrate. It's been a pleasure "knowing" you, and I hope to get a chance to shake your hand some day ~ Ron
35K with many more to come I hope. If you're able to produce photographs like these on a part time basis, I'm really looking forward to what's to come when you retire.
Wonderful work, and I hope your working years pass by quickly. Retirement is a wonderful thing.
Dear Karl,
Congrats on an awesome milestone. May there be many more of these. You have unselfishly helped newbies like me, for which this forum has benefited. Please continue to comment and critique and present such lovely gems.
Best regards,
KD
Karl, congratulations on the milestone. I for one have benefited greatly from all your comments and suggestions . You truly have helped me grow and see things in a different light. You share your talent and knowledge so graciously and generously. A mere tank you seems inadequate.
I love your set . I look forward to you being able to spend more time doing what you do so well. On the selfish side, I look forward to you helping us

Thanks much Mitesh. Your work and diversity is amazing buddy It is a constant battle of time and weather for me and weeks go by before I even get out or even months. I still get anxious and excited to have a great day out and be able to share some images. Magee is just around the bend again, hope the weather and time Gods align for me and the rest of us that are attending!
Thanks a bunch...
