Oh yes, smooth grayscale tones right there. Quite interesting image also considering there are no sharp corners at all. Just curves.
Thanks! I was moving the crop lines all around (the crop is about 20% of the original image...cheers to 50MP sensors!) to find the right composition and landed on this. The ring flash provides some special kind of lighting.

Nice shoot and good job (crop)
Could you tell me what ring flash you used on GFX ? I don't know which one to buy ? Thank you
Thanks MJB. I use the AlienBees ABR800. It works well and puts out some nice light. The mechanism for attaching your camera is a little clunky and made of plastic, but it works.
At the frozen beach again! This time I got huuuuuge, like |------------------------| this big, chunks of ice crystals. I guess some weighted about 100-200kg easily.
That's 50R + GF30 + ND8/ND1000 + CPL. It seems the GF30 is now stuck on my 50R. It won't come off First image is a focus stack. I have to give GF30 11/10 rating for focus stacking. The thing just works. Minimal breathing of the focal length.

Few more. I got some editing vibe going on tonight.

A beautiful set of images. I've always liked the 24mm (equiv.) FOV and this appears to be yet another excellent GF lens. In the first image, are those wind turbines sticking out of the water with their blades made invisible by the long exposure?
No 80mm f1.7 yet so just playing with Canon 85mm f1.2 L II. I like fast primes. Wish Fuji makes more after this 80mm f1.7. 20210313_Family_Kids_0005 by Vishi A, on Flickr
