Poaching is such a big business and too often unfortunately some of the people involved are insiders within the organizations designed to protect and defend wildlife. And yes, shooting to kill while on the surface seems a bit aggressive is at least a policy that may get someone to think twice about going after eles, rhinos and pangolins.

Thanks Rex....we are much too short sighted and self absorbed to really consider the impact we have on the environment....inevitably we, sooner or later, will be the architects of our own demise.
