We should celebrate this as if it might be the last one...our environment and those that depend on us protecting it are threatened like never before.

Marvelous shots Eric !! What wonderful places you have traveled and seen the most glorious inhabitants. I hope that we all become good stewards so that they are here for many more generations to experience.

Excelent set Eric. When those that threaten wildlife eradicate them selves, wildlife will once again flourish

You are correct but by then, the price they will have paid will have been too much.
One of the most tremendous sets posted here, ever.
I'm not too sure how to respond to this....frankly, I'm overwhelmed Mitesh. My hope is that anyone who wants, anyone who can, will still have the opportunity to avail themselves of all nature has to offer. Both the iconic as well as lesser known species all rely on us for survival and we do have a responsibility to ensure their survival...except mosquitoes, they suck

Some great images Eric! Speaking of species conservation, we met a former park ranger in Botswana and he said they now shoot to kill when they see a poacher. Unfortunately since that policy started a few years ago poaching has increased!
There is a serious war going on and animals are losing.
