Keith, many thanks for the explanation. (Hen) Harriers are my thing but I don't find them so confiding in the UK, certainly not like shorties. The light (for the iris colour) is throwing me from confidently sexing and ageing it, but it's not an adult bird. Wonderful shots, thanks again for sharing and great set on your website (also those in the raptors folder).
